Mosaic Integrative Medicine offers integrative pediatric care including well child visits, acute illness visits, and vaccine consultations. We offer the same physical exam as conventional pediatricians, assess developmental milestones, order labs and imaging, but what sets us apart is that we view your child and your family as individuals and do not use a "one size fits all" approach. Mosaic Integrative Medicine offers integrative pediatric care including well child visits, acute illness visits, and vaccine consultations. We offer the same physical exam as conventional pediatricians, assess developmental milestones, order labs and imaging, but what sets us apart is that we view your child and your family as individuals and do not use a "one size fits all" approach. We believe that healthy habits begin at a young age and discuss nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress and more at every visit. We treat conditions naturally when possible, and turn to antibiotics and other pharmaceutical medications rarely.

Services

Mosaic Integrative Medicine offers a variety of services including escharotic treatments for cervical dysplasia, IV therapy, and low level laser therapy for pain and inflammation. Caitlin Macky

Caitlin is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach.

Caitlin is originally from San Diego, and grew up swimming competitively. She has a Degree in Sociology and Business from San Jose State University. And her INHC Certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC.

As a Health Coach, Caitlin has been trained in all dietary theories, crowding out, deconstructing cravings, and is a strong proponent of the saying “there is no one size fits all when it comes to health and nutrition.”

Health Coaching is a collaborative and client-led process that works with both individuals and groups in a client-centered process to facilitate and empower the client to develop and achieve self-determined goals related to health and wellness.

Caitlin believes that our health care plans, our diets, and our lifestyles should reflect the uniqueness of our individuality, our environments, and our responsibilities. She advocates for patient autonomy by helping her clients understand and strengthen their own connection between body and mind.

Natasha Monterey ND

Dr. Natasha Monterey received her Bachelors in International Studies and Spanish Literature at the University of California, San Diego where she graduated magna cum laude. After discovering her passion for natural medicine, Dr. Natasha obtained her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from Bastyr University, San Diego. Dr. Natasha utilizes diet, lifestyle, botanical medicine, supplements and other therapies to help her patients achieve their health goals. She believes in treating every patient as an individual and meeting each person where they are in their health journey. Dr. Natasha is especially passionate about working with pediatric, fertility, thyroid disorders and hormone balancing. She brings a unique combination of compassion and empathy, along with advanced clinical knowledge and experience to all of her patients.
